Charlie is our Director of Business Operations, where he helps lead provider support, operational systems, and strategic initiatives nationwide. His professional background includes sales, healthcare management, compliance, and opticianry. He is also actively involved in emergency management training and response in Maryland and has passed the National Registry EMT examination. His work as a first responder gives him firsthand perspective on the operational needs of EMS agencies and healthcare organizations. Outside of work, Charlie is an avid Formula 1 fan, enjoys traveling to warm beaches, and is happiest around family, dogs, cats, and the occasional fish tank.
